Welcome to the ZenBoss community! This is a learning community built on trust, respect, and shared growth. To ensure a positive and enriching experience for everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.

Respect Every Member

Treat everyone with kindness and professionalism. We believe that diverse perspectives, experiences, and viewpoints enrich our learning journey. Personal attacks, dismissiveness, or disrespectful language are not welcome. We are all at different stages of our professional path, and this diversity makes us stronger.

Contribute Generously

This community thrives on shared knowledge. Please feel encouraged to share your experiences, insights, and challenges. Ask questions freely. The more you give, the more everyone in the community receives.

Keep It Confidential

Confidentiality is paramount in our community.

  • What's shared by other members here stays here. Do not share other members' stories or details outside the community without their explicit permission.

  • Do not share confidential information about your own company or employer, or any other business you work with. This includes sensitive commercial, financial, or strategic information. You are responsible for respecting the confidentiality obligations of your own organisation.

Stay On Topic

Please keep all discussions relevant to our learning themes. Off-topic posts and spam will be removed to maintain the quality and focus of our conversations.

No Promotion

This community is not a place for self-promotion. Please do not use it to advertise products, services, or other communities. Any promotional content will be removed.

No Recruitment or Job Seeking

This space is dedicated to learning and professional development, not for finding new employment. Using this community to recruit members, headhunt, or seek job opportunities at other companies is not permitted and may result in removal.

Private Messaging

To maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone, private messaging between members has been switched off. All conversations take place in the community spaces where they can be seen and moderated.

Support a Safe Learning Environment

We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on any characteristic, including gender, ethnicity, background, or neurodivergence.

ZenBoss Resources & Copyright

All resources, materials, and content shared within this community — including guides, tools, frameworks, and session content — are the intellectual property of ZenBoss and are protected by copyright. They are provided for your personal learning and development only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or repurpose any ZenBoss content outside of this community without prior written permission.

ZenBoss Events

When attending events hosted by ZenBoss, whether in person or online, the same standards of this Code of Conduct apply.

  • Be present and respectful of other attendees and facilitators.

  • Keep anything shared during sessions confidential in line with the confidentiality standards above.

  • Do not record sessions without prior permission from the organiser.

  • Do not use AI notetaking tools or bots in online sessions unless explicit consent has been given by all participants.

  • Refrain from promotional activity, recruitment, or job seeking during events.

  • Engage constructively and respect the time and contributions of others.

Behaviour at ZenBoss events that falls below these standards may result in removal from the event and action taken within the community.

Consequences

Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the community, depending on the severity of the infraction.
