Wondering who would be training your Managers?

That’ll be me.

Hi, I’m Kirsty Favell, founder of Zen Boss.

Here's the honest reason Zen Boss exists: my son is an autistic ADHDer.

Watching him move through an education system that was never built for how his brain works has frustrated me more than almost anything else in my career. And if I'm honest, it terrifies me. Because school is hard enough.

But one day he's going to walk into a workplace, and most workplaces are exactly the same. Built for one type of brain, with everyone else quietly expected to keep up or mask their way through it.

I wasn't going to sit back and wait for the working world to catch up.

I've spent over 20 years leading large, diverse teams, 13 years in Learning & Development, 10 years in the wellbeing industry and I've built leadership programmes people don't fall asleep in (or forget by Tuesday).

I'm an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner, a certified ADHD Coach, CIPD qualified and hold an MHFA certification. All of that experience went into building the thing I wish existed for every neurodivergent person heading into the world of work — including, one day, my own son.

That's why Zen Boss is built neurodivergent-first, not as an add-on, but as the whole starting point. And it turns out that when you build something that removes friction for a neurodivergent manager, you build something better for every manager.

I know exactly what managers are up against day-to-day, and what they need to keep the business running as it should.

(Spoiler: it’s not more colour-coded notes in a notebook they’ll never open again)

I designed Zen Boss to give managers what they’ve been missing

Practical Support

they can pull up the second they need it, whenever, wherever

Wellbeing Support

to keep them calm and grounded, even in a high stress job

Coaching Confidence

so they can be the high-performing leaders they’re capable of being

I work directly with your managers while they’re in the thick of it so they go from

Forwarding every tricky email to their line manager

Handling the situation before anyone else even knew there was a problem

Dreading the difficult conversation they’d put it off for weeks (or not have it at all)!

Having the confidence to having it early so it doesn’t escalate to a HR case

From showing up overwhelmed and reactive

Their team can confide in, as they’ve got the tools to look after themselves and their people

Which means they become the high-performing leaders people WANT to work for and STAY working for.

And yes, actually enjoy the process too.

Because if learning this stuff feels like a chore it won’t stick.

(And we’ve already established what happens when the training doesn’t stick)!

Your managers are the superglue of your business. So let's make sure they're holding it all together.
